hi all

right let me get straight to the point the direction of the guild is concerning me we are having memebrs leave and we are not recruiting more people there is usually 8-10 ppl online at peak times and we never really plan anything as a guild im trying to plan events weekly but im not even an officer and havent even been in this guild that long compared to most we have lost two major people in fiftwheel and nubling to massive loses as they was active and world pvped, which bring me onto my next subject we at zylos hand are dedicated to world pvp so why are only say 6-10 poeple doing it i understand people can not be on 24 hours a day 7 days aweek but are numbers are so few now its got to the stage if we ever do anything group wise we are so heavily outnumbered its pointless i mean the other day in goldshire we was 8 people and allience was over 30 its just embarrasing goin there to get totally spanked dont get me wrong we do our best but we defintily need more people.

ok another thing ive had offers from crime synidacate they have a massive member base and do events weekly they did halaa on sunday and over 30 guild members shown now back in the day zylos hand was loved by horde and feared by allience now we are a joke to them ive seen the videos of zylos at iron forge and stormwind i know it wasnt like this before we was an amazing guild with a massive member base but recently over the past month the slacking has been evident i have to ask myself am i better here with friends slowly going into exitiction or moving to a bigger more active guild and doing thing i enjoy

to be brutally honest i bet 5 guild memebrs read this thread i hope i get a positive response because i want to stay here but then again i want to been doing active guild stuff and we MUST recruit or we will be left behind

Hey Guys

I would just like to comment on Tornado's tread and i agree the guild needs to be more active and i think we do need recruite. I know its a thing Zylos Hand has never done but we are falling behind and we do need to do it.

The raid on Stormwind Gates the other day was awsome and i would agree we should continue with doing events like this weekly. Also we need people abit more active.

Hail Tornado,

 It saddens me to see what the guild has become these days and if we dont do something about it it will collapse in like 2 weeks.

Ive called for a meeting with you and the other officers tonight at 16 :00 pm to discuss about the guild, i have some cool ideeas to improve wpvp but before that WE MUST start recruiting players and especially healers if we are gonna make it in city raids.

This is very important that we get healers because we seriously lack healers. If all the other officers agree to open up recruitment then ill let everyone know what i came up with.

Since you are the guild leader its URGENT that we talk!!!

If you cant be ingame at 16:00 pm realm time and if u see my reply then pls give me a reply here on forums and tell me when you are ready to talk. Ill keep watching this thread waiting on ur reply

I have a friend who wanna join. 2 actually. 1 have been accepted by Ambu but her account was hacked. Her account has been restored and shes getting her items back and when her and me are online next time I'll /w an officer. My other friend from Ravenholdt also do alot of wpvp. He just need to make his way to the forums.

Both priests. Both prefer shadow (while they play with me, Warlock). However I'm sure they could go disc/holy at guild raids.

So I got 2 priests to join if we get this guild going :)

Also I'd like you to show you guys what me and Tornadó did last weekend. And what response we got. Might wanna hang on to this for good spirit :)
