guys i just logged in last night around 3am and noticed that venga was in dalaren i was like WTF as  was playing jet my rogue i then re logged torado and all his gear and gold and all item in the bank have gone its the same with all my chars eveything all 80s (5) and all alts stripped worse thing is  have excess to the guild bank im praying that it hasnt been touched also they have changed my passwod so i cant log in i littery cought them in the act but they quickly changed everything im goin to be offline for some time ive emailed blizzard and hopefully it will be sorted never been hacked before cant believe this is happeing im so gutted 4 years of work gone

hi guys ok update on the hack situation first thing is first guildbank is untouched all items and gold still there THANK GOD all my chars have been stripped all gold all everything i have 2g over all my chars so im offically BROKE ive emailed blizz and they are sorting it out i spamm trade saying ive been hacked and some horde players gave me gold and helped me out gotta lve his server i didnt ask they just came up and said here you go this ill help you out bu i did kinda go BAT SHIT CRAZY in trade so hopefully it ill be restored and very thing returned

Dude im so sorry to hear u got hacked I cant believe its such a huge threat I never thought it was that big of a deal .

I really hope you get all ur stuff back im gonna help you out with gold if you need when ill be online.

i know sometimes we are super critical of blizzard but the way they handled me getting hacked was one of the best services ive ever encounted the was so reassuring and they was really helpful bare in mind the hackers even deleted all my proffetions on all my chars with that been said blizzard re-stored all my gear all my items and all my gold (actually they gave me more but dont tell them that ;)  ) i mean i have 5 level 80s and to restore all them plus alts in 3 hours was fantasic so im back up and running as usual also ive now got the authenticator well worth the money just for the peace of mind and security unfortunatly theres people out there who will hack accounts you honestly feel like you have had something personally stolen its such a horrible feeeling im just glad its sorted
